BongwooTao Meditation Center offers online live Tao Yoga, Qigong, and Breathing Meditation classes to help students cultivate energy, balance, and inner awakening.
Each 60-minute session is structured in three parts:
1. Tao Yoga — 25 minutes
Gentle, purposeful movements to release tension, open the meridians (energy pathways), loosen the joints, and restore natural circulation. Accessible to all levels.
2. Qigong — 25 minutes
Traditional Qigong flow to awaken Ki (Qi — life energy), strengthen internal energy, and encourage smooth, natural energy movement throughout the body.
3. Breathing Meditation — 10 minutes
A guided breath meditation to integrate the practice, quiet the mind, and return you to your center. Rooted in the Bongwoo Method — an authentic Korean Tao lineage carried forward through direct transmission from Master Bongwoo.
All sessions are recorded. Practice live or on your own schedule.

Heartmoon Haejung Ocean is the Director of Bongwoo Tao Meditation Center in Sedona, Arizona. She has devoted over 20 years to Tao practice, with a focus on conscious breathing, inner awareness, and deep stillness.
In 2020, she received the Bongwoo Tao Meditation practice through direct lineage — a profound Korean spiritual tradition rooted in the teachings of Master Bongwoo.
